When a person other than the member uses the awards, the user may be asked to show proof of relationship to the member.

Once redeemed, mileage cannot be reinstated to your JMB account, nor can you exchange JMB Travel Coupon Asia Awards for other awards. The Mileage Reinstatement Service for unused awards cannot be applied.
